1. Introduction

Ashtar Infinity ("we," "us," or "our") owns and operates Azadari Pak, a Flutter mobile application for discovering, posting, and following Azadari programs, live links, and city-based notifications.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it may be shared, and how users can request deletion of their account or data.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information when you use Azadari Pak:

• Name.
• Phone number.
• Optional email address for PIN recovery or support.
• User ID and account identifiers.
• Gender.
• Country, state, and city.
• Optional address and profile image.
• Program post content, including program title, details, date, time, address, map coordinates, notes, contact information, audience type, posters or ishtiar images, organizer name, organizer image, and live links.
• Device or Firebase Cloud Messaging notification token used for push notifications.
• Technical information needed for authentication, security, moderation, troubleshooting, and app operation.

3. Why We Collect Data

We collect and use information to:

• Create and manage user accounts.
• Support signup, login, phone verification, PIN use, and optional PIN recovery.
• Show program listings by city, country, audience type, and program details.
• Allow users to post, update, manage, share, and delete their own programs.
• Display posters, organizer information, map locations, and live program links.
• Send city-based program notifications and live program alerts.
• Provide Shia Essentials PDF reading and other app features.
• Provide support, moderation, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, account security, troubleshooting, and legal compliance.

4. User-Generated Public Program Content

Program posts submitted in Azadari Pak may be public within the app. Public program content may include program title, details, date, time, address, city, state, country, map location, contact information, notes, audience type, posters, organizer name or image, and live links.

Please do not include private or sensitive information in a public program post unless you want that information to be visible to other app users.

5. Services We Use

Azadari Pak uses trusted service providers to operate important app features:

• Supabase for authentication support, user profile data, program data, uploaded images, storage, and backend services.
• Firebase for phone OTP authentication and push notifications, including Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens.
• Mapbox and geolocator/location features for selecting and displaying program map locations.

These providers may process data on our behalf according to their own privacy policies, security practices, and service terms.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share or make information available only in limited cases:

• Public program posts may be visible to other Azadari Pak users.
• Service providers such as Supabase, Firebase, Mapbox, and related infrastructure providers may process data needed to operate the app.
• Information may be used or disclosed when needed for account verification, support, moderation, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, or protection of users and the service.

7. Location Data

Azadari Pak uses location features to help users select and preview program locations. Map coordinates are collected when a user chooses or shares a program location. The app uses this information to show where a program is taking place.

8. Push Notifications

Azadari Pak may store a device or FCM notification token to send city-based program notifications, live program alerts, account messages, and important app updates. Users can control notification permissions through device settings.

9. Account and Data Deletion

Users can delete their full Azadari account inside the app by going to Settings -> Delete Account. The account is marked for deletion immediately, the user is logged out, and programs posted by the user are hidden from public listings.

The account is scheduled for permanent deletion after 30 days. A user may restore the account by logging in again before the 30-day deletion window expires. After 30 days, the account and associated profile data may be permanently removed.

Some data may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, abuse prevention, backups, or system logs.

10. Data Retention

We keep account, program, and technical information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain security, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, operate backups, support moderation, and respond to user support requests.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet or mobile app service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Children's Privacy

Azadari Pak is intended for general community use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate parent or guardian permission. If we learn that a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, the effective date on this page will be updated.
